The Black Fund of Central Texas has been a huge contribution to the work that we do . Because of their funding support. It allowed us to help more than 500 individuals go through our program providing them with digital equity services, training assistance and job placement to not just get inside the tech space, but also advance across the industry and become engaged techies.
There are so many inspiring things about The Black Fund of Central Texas. I think first and foremost, I love that it is started, backed, researched by the people in this community who know the problem, who have lived the problem. And not only that, but they are finding organizations that are doing the hard work every single day and that they know are doing the good work.
